About The Greg Jansen Team

In 2003 Greg’s business growth brought him to an important milestone and it became necessary to begin building a team in order to continue to carry out the level of service that he was known for. To his delight, it soon became apparent that with the right team members, it was now possible to carry out a level of service that he had never before imagined. Greg’s team is known at Keller Williams for the quality and depth of knowledge of it’s members. In 2006 the team was ranked 12th in residential real estate sales among Keller Williams agents in all of North and South Carolina.
The Team adheres to a standard of excellence that guides the level of customer service delivered by all team members. Each member of the team strives to ensure that every transaction is truly hassle-free.

    Greg started his real estate career in 1993. Because of his market knowledge, love of people and his passion to provide smooth, worry-free transactions for his clients, his business has grown steadily. As “Lead Agent,” Greg’s expectation of his agents and staff is to continually deliver the level of service and standards that clients have come to know him for.
     
    What Greg appreciates most about the “Team Environment” is that it allows him to focus more on how the Team can continually achieve higher levels of service and professionalism. He now enjoys the opportunity to attend regular regional and national industry training events and trade shows from which he brings back the knowledge he gains from the best and brightest in real estate to use on behalf of his own clients here in Greenville.
     
    Greg has three children and a wife of twenty-two years. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois, is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute, and holds the prestigious CRS designation, a real estate designation held by only 4% of the nation’s REALTORS.

    Barbara brings tremendous talent and experience to the team. Her background includes being an office manager for 4 years for a background screening company as well as 5 years of team leader experience in a medical setting.  This prior experience has given Barbara the ability to multi-task, be at team player and be very detail oriented.

     

    One of her key responsibilities on The Greg Jansen Team is that of overseeing and coordinating all the tasks from contract to close. Her professionalism is a huge asset to the team and the team’s clients. Barbara also handles the listings for The Greg Jansen Team.
